A slightly fatty fish, swordfish is a slightly sweet but mild tasting ocean fish. Distinct in it’s dense moist texture and can be compared to sturgeon or beef when cooked.
It’s unique texture for fish lends very well for grilling and barbecuing without the worry. Also, very suitable for pan searing 3-8 mins per side or until browned on the outside and slightly pink in the middle.
