A fresh addition to our Small Batch Series, these pan-fried dumplings are packed with wild-caught Newfoundland haddock and shrimp, paired with cabbage, carrots, and fragrant fennel fronds—a classic, authentic Chinese dumpling blend.
Cooking Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place frozen dumplings flat onto the pan and add water to cover 1/4 of the dumplings. Cover the pan and cook until the water has evaporated. Uncover and continue to cook until the dumpling base turns golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
