Manhattan Seafood Chowder

Made with our fish and mussel broth. Adding all the wonderful flavours of scallops, shrimp and of course mussels, fennel, potatoes and carrots and a dash of white wine. All you need to do is toast a baguette dim the lights and cue the swanky tunes. 

Thaw in the fridge overnight and warm in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. 

Haddock and or halibut, potato, coldwater shrimp, mussels and/or clams, scallops, fennel, potatoes, carrots, white wine, garlic, onion, tomatoes and spices.
